By using GiggiFi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

GiggiFi is a marketplace. We connect bookers with artists and facilitate payments. We are not a party to the actual performance contract between booker and artist.

Bookers must provide accurate event details, pay the full quoted amount before the event, and confirm completion honestly. Misrepresentation of event details may result in account suspension.

Artists must keep their profile accurate, complete KYC, respond to enquiries promptly, and perform as agreed. No-shows or last-minute cancellations without valid reason attract penalties under our reliability policy.

All bookings are paid upfront into GiggiFi escrow. The artist payout (full quoted amount) is released only after the event is marked complete by both parties. Platform fees and applicable GST are deducted before settlement.

Users may not circumvent the platform to transact offline, create fake profiles, upload illegal content, or interfere with other users. Violations result in immediate suspension.

GiggiFi is not liable for any artist's failure to perform, event cancellation due to force majeure, or disputes between bookers and artists beyond what is covered in our escrow and dispute resolution policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
