We collect your name, phone number, email address, and event details when you sign up or book an artist. If you are an artist, we also collect your legal name, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, and any media you upload to your profile.

Your information is used to verify your identity, match you with artists or events, process payments via Razorpay, send OTP verifications via Twilio, and communicate booking updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.

All payments are processed through Razorpay. GiggiFi does not store card numbers, UPI credentials, or net banking details. Razorpay handles all PCI-DSS compliance for payment data.

Artist KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof) are stored securely and accessed only by our compliance team for verification. Documents are not shared externally except where required by law.

We use cookies for session management. We may also use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the platform. These tools collect anonymised usage data.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at legal@giggifi.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
